Greg Odle

General Manager
Greg Odle brings more than 17 years of executive-level orthopedic sales, management and operations experience to his role as OrthoPediatrics Vice President and General Manager. In these capacities, he is responsible for building the company's growing infrastructure, increasing the team of bio-medical professionals, and overseeing product development to ensure OrthoPediatrics executes its strategic business plan. Mr. Odle is also responsible for budgeting, resource allocation and cost control measures to ensure the company’s financial viability.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Odle served in a variety of leadership positions with Smith+Nephew Orthopaedics and was recognized nationally as one of their top managers. He has earned numerous awards for his achievements and grew district revenues by more than 400% during his tenure. He also is an accomplished product development manager, as he helped launch an innovative design for partial knee replacements, called The Journey Deuce™, which was invented by Dr. Lindsey Rolston.
Mr. Odle holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and has completed advanced leadership education and training through The Aji Network’s Business Professional’s Course and Gap International’s Executive Challenge Course.
