Isaac Mensah
Chief Financial Officer
As OrthoPediatrics’ Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Mensah is responsible for the overall financial health and management of the company. This includes setting financial strategies, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance with accounting practices, instituting accounting systems, making investment decisions, and managing organizational assets. Mr. Mensah brings to OrthoPediatrics more than thirty years of accounting, business, healthcare economics, reimbursement, and financial management experience working with organizations in the orthopaedics, health care and finance industries.
Prior to joining OrthoPediatrics, Mr. Mensah held a variety of divisional and corporate financial leadership positions at DePuy Orthopaedics, DePuy Trauma & Extremities, DePuy AcroMed (Spine), and DePuy Canada & Latin America. Additionally, he served in various accounting and financial management capacities for orthopedic device manufacturer, Zimmer, Inc., the American Hospital Association in Chicago, and the Public Administration Service.
Mr. Mensah earned an MBA in Corporate Finance from DePaul University in Chicago and a BSc degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also holds a CPA from the State of Illinois and earned a certificate in management from the Kellogg Management Institute at Northwestern University.
