David Bailey
Executive Vice President
As the Executive Vice President for OrthoPediatrics, David Bailey is responsible for driving new business initiatives and increasing market penetration. This includes cultivating relationships with pediatric orthopedic surgeons, developing partnerships with key distributors and collaborating with OrthoPediatrics' new product development department. In addition to sales strategy and management expertise, Mr. Bailey brings a wealth of hands-on operating room surgical experience and product knowledge to his role at OrthoPediatrics.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bailey provided sales leadership and consulting to each of Smith+Nephew Orthopaedics’ divisions, including orthopedic reconstruction, trauma, endoscopy and clinical therapies. He also served as sales manager for NoInk Communications, a high growth software company that specializes in medical device and pharmaceutical industries.
Mr. Bailey earned a bachelor’s degree in sales and sales management from Purdue University. Additionally, he has been recognized throughout his career by employers and peers for his successes.
